GEORGE ANNOUNCES DELIVERY OF INTERACTIVE WHITE BOARDS
Nationals Member for Lismore said Thomas George said schools in the Lismore electorate have now received their new interactive white boards as part of the successful budget management by the NSW Government.
“These interactive white boards are a fantastic resource for teachers and students and really take learning to a new level,” Mr George said.
“This is what teaching and learning looks like in the 21st Century.
“Students and teachers love them,” Mr George said.
“Teachers have a world of knowledge at their fingertips when they use an interactive white board linked to a computer.
“Teachers can even create their own tailored visual lessons,” Mr George said.
“I am pleased to announce that Blakebrook Public school has now received two interactive white boards and Murwillumbah South Infants has received one.
“This is part of a huge rollout of interactive whiteboards in 737 schools across NSW in new and refurbished Primary Schools for the 21st Century classrooms.
