FUNDING FOR LOCAL SCHOOL
Nationals Member for Lismore, Thomas George MP, is pleased to announce $10,000 in funding to Wyrallah Road Public School P&C Association.
The grant from the NSW Government has enabled the P&C to construct a permanent shelter for the students.
“This new infrastructure will provide a covered learning, playing and community space in the centre of the school,” said Mr George.
“I am pleased the Premier Mike Baird has seen the necessity of this project to the local community and delivered this much needed funding.”
P&C President, Tim Roberts said, “The P&C is extremely pleased with this generous funding from Premier Baird & Mr George.
“This shelter has enhanced the lives of our students as it enables them to play outside when it is raining & provides protection from the sun”.
