The Lismore Quadrangle and Regional Gallery redevelopment project has been awarded $300,000 in NSW Government funding for the gallery fit-out including installation of LED lighting, four moveable walls and artwork hanging infrastructure.
The funding has been secured through the NSW Government's ClubGRANTS Category 3 scheme for arts and culture infrastructure and will provide additional hanging space and the ability to easily transform the gallery for different modes of display to enhance the visitor experience.
In an Australian first, NSW residents can download the first ever digital licences on their smartphone or tablet, with the launch of the digital Recreational Fishing Fee (fishing licence), Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) Competency Cards.
Digital licences are strictly optional, with physical licence cards to remain available for all licence holders.
This comes following the recent announcement that customers can now complete vehicle notice of disposal requests via the app.
