SERVICE NSW CENTRE FOR TENTERFIELD
In last week’s State Budget funding for allocated to the establishment of a Service NSW Centre in Tenterfield.
The $20 million expansion of the Service NSW network, which includes 24 new centres in regional areas, underscores the popularity and success of the Service NSW model.
“Service NSW has dramatically changed the way people interact with government, offering a new customer first approach.
“People simply love the service provided, and now even more regional communities will benefit,” he said.
“Gone are the days of excessive paperwork, copious phone numbers and duplication.
“Service NSW has transformed the customer experience by providing them with a 21st century one-stop shop service with access to over 970 transactions,” Mr George said.
“I can assure Tenterfield residents the new centre will be open the same hours as the current motor registry.”
